More than 3,000 foreigners arrest for drug trafficking in Russia

In 2006, Russian law enforcement agencies arrest more than 3,000 foreigners of drug trafficking in Russia.  The traffickers were mostly from Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan.
